For extraterrestrial reasons that may always remain a mystery, the RSS feed received by Aspen Post from the Aspen Daily News Wednesday received a blast from the past: the paper’s original endorsement of Bob Braudis for Pitkin County Sheriff, entitled “Four More Years For Bob Braudis,” and dated November 30, 2006. The editorial led the RSS feed Wednesday, nearly two month after the Sheriff’s re-election. “That said,” the “locally owned” paper opines, “this newspaper believes that Braudis has done a fine job as county sheriff.” How can we miss the race when it won’t go away?
