This is getting to you a little late to be exciting, I am sure, but I had to wait for the farmers to get back from their first markets of the season to find out what they could harvest for you.
It looks like you will have strawberries, cherries, mesclun mix, turnip tops, broccoli raab, sugar snap peas and snow peas! Yippee, come on Mother Nature, feed us……
It has been warm over here the last few days and that is helping to “set” a lot of the vegetables. We should see lots of good grub, soon!
We have our new skin care line from Leroux Creek Spa. Oh is it nice. Please have a look. The products are made from the small Vineyards organic Grapeseed oil pressings. Preview them, by going to my Products page and click on Skin Stuff.
We still have Desert Weyr Chops on special for $14.50 a pound down from $16.00. They taste so good, you will be getting a marinade recipe for them to go on the grill this week in your newsletter.

Oopsies! I forgot to mention the flowers; Our bouquets this week will showcase Delpiniums, Peonies and Lillies. Our Chicks Picks Bouquet that some of you are signed up for will have Sweet Peas or Lillies in them. I have included a reminder of our Flower CSA special we are offering to everyone who loves our Organic Blooms and wants them
every week. You can still sign up for that savings If I hear from you this week, other wise feel free to order them when you like as we go through the summer off the Web-Site.
The flower ladies from Zephyros Farm & Garden and Stinky Blooms have a nice offer for you that love the Blooms. I don’t have it posted on the web-site so you will have to email me your request. No headache, I promise.

Our Grande Dame will be sold to you at $25 a bouquet instead of $28, so you will save $45.00 Our Flower Power will be sold to you at $18 a bouquet instead of $20,
so you will save $30.00 Our Pick of the Flower Chicks bouquet will sell at $12. This is a new bouquet that will only be offered in this Special CSA. This is a smaller bouquet for those watching their spending or for those who want a perc me up at the office or in the guest bedroom (or your own!) or a small corner in the house that needs some love.
