Support your local farmers and our local Slow Food chapter by attending this upcoming Burger Bash on Sunday July 1st. Slow Food helps to preserve heirloom seed varieties, bring gardens and awareness to school children and helps to promote and sustain local farmers. They also throw a mean party! This is an affordable family event with a cover price of $35 for adults and half price for kids under 12.
With a posse of the valleys finest Chefs, headed up by Chef Matt Zubrod of ZG Aspen, Dish Aspen and Crust, the menu will have mini-burgers sourced from local meat ranches and side dishes made with local, seasonal vegetables.
