What is happening with summer—–the big spenders—thousands of visitors for the Food and Wine Classic—-arrive in two weeks!  Let’s pray to the rain gods—-stop!!  Time for sunshine but that won’t be the case today—-with a thunderstorm guaranteed for this afternoon by the national weather service.
Rabbit ears?  Not just the fuzzy kind but the ones that used to—and in some homes still do—sit on top of the TV for antenna reception—-defunct, inoperable—to more TV for users of the antiquated method of receiving the signal—On Saturday—-broadcasters switch to the new federally mandated digital television transmission———-amazing—but more than three million viewers are not prepared for the changeover.
