Marcosthecuban on President Barack Obama:

i think we’re starting to see some character flaws in obama.   perhaps OCD!    

 the  prez   is  already manic in his agenda this year, trying to fix the economy, unemployment, solve global warming, universal health care while also making the comensurate political payoffs.    on top of that, he wants to chime in on local criminal and black issues.   whew.

frankly, i think it’s bad judgment to spend so much political capital at once- and the professor thing tends to prove he’s having a very difficult time choosing his battles.

one of the fox commentators anne coulter has a book out on victimology.  fascinating topic.   the  liberals love making classes of people victims- and i think it’s a darn shame that there are smart black men out there ready to show  ’ the man ’  that  they’re  a victim at the first hint of conflict.   

in my ALJ admistrative law applications at the FCC (to get radio & tv licenses in the 80′s) we had 3 ways to argue:  the law, the facts, and “mad dog”.    we used ‘mad dog’  (as in ‘watch out , that guy’s crazy’  and liable to do anything)  when we didn’t have a legal advantage and the factual situation didn’t help us much.

the   ‘black man in america’ thing is ‘mad dog’ at its core.   the law and the facts don’t matter when  you   just  want to make  your  case  and win.
