It was a very hard and fast race course on Aspen Mountain for the weekend’s world cup competitions—-several crashes as the U.S. women’s team failed to make it to the second round.  24 year old Sarka Zahrobska of the Czech Republic came out on top for the second consecutive year.
It’s the real estate broker’s show every Tuesday on KSNO at nine a.m. Our guest tomorrow:  taking a break from the business due to the recession:  agent Jackie Chenowith…a long time representative in the mid-valley.
Chenowith will describe what it’s like to survive in the tough economy—and her plans to ramp up activity in real estate as the economy recovers.
On Tuesday December 8th—–we’ll interview Bennet Bramson—a broker with the Fleisher Company.
The indoors farmer’s market at Willets is taking off—-with several hundred shoppers making their way into a 1500 square foot space next to Kitchen Collage on Saturday——the developers decided a few weeks ago to try letting the popular markets continue through the winter months—-indoors.
 

 

KUUR, which you can hear at 101.1 fm in Aspen, 96.7 fm in Basalt and Carbondale and 107.7 f.m. in Glenwood springs and Rifle—is drawing attention  to the twelve days of Christmas—–a non-stop music blitz of holiday cheer:  happy and sentimental—-music to fit the holiday.  That program starts on December 14th—and will continue through Christmas day.
