Headed to X games—no parking at the Buttermilk site but the buses are running continuously—a lot less hassle to see the events for Winter X games 14—through this weekend.
Our sister station KSNO is providing live coverage with don Chaney at the microphone—-check out KNSO online at ksno.net or in Aspen at 103.9 fm…94.9 in the mid-valley….103.5 in Carbondale and Glenwood Springs.

A sign of increasing business in Glenwood springs with the new Residence Inn Marriot hotel expected to open soon—-the 124 room in will be open by the middle of February—several dozen positions are available.
KUUR tech question of the week: will the new Apple I-Pad make it as big as the I-Pod?  Read about the device online—- of what some are calling an I-Pod on steroids—the I pad will only be able to use At&T service….has no camera—–and cannot use Flash—which enables online video.   But the clarity of the I-pad screen—and its ability to carry books in the method of Kindle—–may open new markets.
Send your news tips and opinions to news@aspenglenwood.com, and listen to KUUR and KSNO radio!
