Aspen Santa Fe Ballet will make its second appearance at The Kennedy Center this June 18th and 20th. As part of The Kennedy Center’s Ballet Across America II festival celebrating American ballet companies, Aspen Santa Fe Ballet will perform alongside The Joffrey Ballet and Tulsa Ballet in program C of Ballet Across America II’s 3 program, 5 day series. ASFB will perform Jorma Elo’s Red Sweet along with a live orchestra conducted by Assistant Cleveland Orchestra Conductor and Aspen Music Festival and School, American Academy of Conducting Alumnus James Feddeck.

Aspen Santa Fe Ballet’s appearance at The Kennedy Center will be the final stop in a 33-city tour ranging from Cleveland,
Pittsburgh, Portland (Oregon and Maine), and Philadelphia.
The Kennedy Center’s Ballet Across America returns to the Opera House after a successful debut in 2008. The biannual program is an exploration of the breadth and depth of the art form, showcasing companies from across the nation. Tulsa Ballet, Ballet Memphis, Houston Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, The Suzanne Farrell Ballet, Ballet Arizona, The Joffrey Ballet, Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, and North Carolina Dance Theatre present three programs highlighting their talents and offering a wide range of music and choreography.
